Discovery Stage

Level 1 (6 to 9 Years Old)

The purpose of our Discovery class is to challenge a young child’s intelligence to marvel and respect his environment. This develops an excitement for the class discussions that will follow during the next stages. Children need to feel the warmth and security in their first walk away from home that is why it is the goal of this stage to give them a home-like experience. The Educator is a qualified role model because it is well observed that young kids are exceptionally skilled at mimicking adults. Educators also provide the culture and attitude embodied inside ECME.

Mastery Stage

Level 2 (10 to 12 Years Old)

The Mastery class aims to prepare the young child for the intense academics that will take place in the last year of this stage. By emphasizing social responsibilities and behavioral management, the child feels a change in atmosphere from a home-like setting where more often than not he gets what he wants, to an outdoor setting where he needs to consider and respect other people’s preferences.

At this level, their commitment whether to arts, music, sports, or sciences should be specified rather than generalized. The Mastery class focuses on the child’s discovered potential by presenting him all opportunities for progress. This may include hiring professionals on a contractual basis to cater to the growing demand for mastery on a particular skill or talent.

Specialty Stage

Level 3 (13 to 15 Years Old)

Although the emphasis at this stage moves particularly toward thinking, specialization in music or arts helps in developing focus and priority management. After mastery of a specific skill or talent, the child embarks on a deeper journey of his talent by becoming a specialist.

Specialists or Skilled Professionals facilitate the arts, music, sports and science classes on this stage. These facilitators guide the students through a rigorous curriculum that optimizes their performance and hones mind and body coordination.

At this stage, even the most theoretical and intangible subjects like history and math become interesting to a teenager. Because of these, he is emotionally employed and comes to appreciate the beauty of the world around him.

Financial Education

Level 4 (16 to 18 Years Old)

At this stage, emphasis is more on money – why they need to earn it, how they can earn through their developed skills, and how much should they earn in order to make a fortune. The ability to convert one’s talent into a business is not by accident or luck. It involves training and a lot of mind setting.

ECME believes that once a person’s mind is empowered, great things are bound to happen. Reality starts in the way a person thinks of himself and his environment. Through excellent financial education, these students will be ready to face the world in any platform.
